Portland Rescue Mission
SWBIBLE supports the Portland Rescue Mission’s efforts to to give hope and restore life to men, women, and children struggling with hunger, homelessness, and addiction. Individuals are also welcome to collect general donations such as clothing, hygiene items, etc. and drop them off through their regular donation channels.
First Image
The team at First Image believes in: Unqualified Compassion. Jesus-Centered Transformation. Redemptive Conviction. For more than 30 years, they have served women in the community who are facing unplanned pregnancies as well as the children they carry. To apply and serve, volunteers from SWBIBLE individually contact the nonprofit.
Choice Adoptions
Choice is a compassionate leader in domestic adoption and an advocacy agency dedicated to providing support and love to expectant parents ensuring they are well informed about their pregnancy options. Their overarching mission is to lovingly prepare, nurture and advocate for all those involved in the adoption process. To donate or apply and serve, volunteers from SWBIBLE individually contact the organization.

Downtown Bible

Pastor Scott Gilchrist is the Bible teacher for this non-denominational Christian ministry whose purpose is to bring clear, Christ-centered Bible teaching to the state of Oregon and beyond through its radio programs and digital podcasts.
DBC Radio has been broadcasting in the Portland area since the spring of 1993. You can listen to the Downtown Bible radio broadcast every weekday on KPDQ AM & FM, or tune in any time of the day at this web site.
Sports Outreach Northwest
Sports Outreach Northwest is a group of men and women in the Northwest with a desire to serve Jesus Christ through youth outreach clinics/camps/skills training, coaches Bible studies, and team chapels. These eager volunteers share the vision to use the medium of sports to advance the gospel to see lives changed.
