June 19th - A Day of Salvation!

Hello there! Regan and Samuel here. Today was our third day ministering in the school and the team had lots of productive Gospel conversations with students. These not only included encouraging conversions with believers that shared their love for God, but also discussing the Good News with those who don’t know Jesus yet. A couple of our team members were blessed to see the Holy Spirit moving in a group of students as the team shared their testimony and summarized the Gospel through Romans. One of the students was especially interested and confessed, through prayer, that Jesus was Lord. 

This was a huge encouragement as the other kids in the group appeared interested in the Gospel, as well. Our team gave them all copies of the bilingual Gospel of John and a Gospel overview booklet.

Later, during the lunch break, our team witnessed another student come to faith and give their life to the Lord. After, this student was excited to share with his friends about his new found faith!

After many other conversations that kindled interest in student’s hearts, we headed off to the central market in downtown San Jose. When we got back to our house, we enjoyed a delicious dinner and shared stories of the day with one another.
