All conference attendees must call the Phoenix Inn Suites directly to make their own room reservation. Just mention that you are with the NANC Conference to get the conference group rate on your room reservation.

Dates: February 22 - 23 / March 14 - 15 / April 11 - 12, 2008
Cut Off Dates for reserving a room at the reduced rate: February 13th / March 5th / April 2rd - 2008
Rates: $62.00 per room per night ** Rates do not include 10% Tax**
Reservations: When making reservations please make sure to ask for the NANC Conference negotiated group rate. Individual reservations can be made by calling the hotel direct at 503-624-9000 or 800-624-6884. Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card, or advanced deposit.
Cancellation / Guarantee: Standard hotel cancellation policy for individual rooms is 4pm on the date of arrival. Due to this being a group, your group contract will reflect a cut off February 13th, 2008. Any rooms not taken by this date will be released back in to inventory. Any last minute reservations will be subject to the Best Available Rate for that particular day.
Payment Procedures: All guestrooms will be responsible for their own charges; including room, tax, telephone, and any other incidentals. Any other type of billing (i.e. Direct Billing) must be set up prior to the guests stay.

HOTEL AMENITIES INCLUDE:

  1. Executive, two sided pillow top mattresses with new pillows, high thread count linens, thick downed blankets, and new contemporary bedspreads.
  2. Brand new artwork and lamps to give our rooms a more modern look and feel.
  3. New bathrooms that include; New Speakman Showerheads (known as the "Cadillac" of showerheads!), curved shower rods for extra room in the shower, high quality shower curtains, new artwork, and a nice bright modern light fixture.
  4. Our breakfast buffet has already been upgraded to serve eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, Belgian waffles, cinnamon rolls, fresh whole fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, English muffins, bagels & cream cheese, etc. We will also be adding in a 42" Plasma flat screen for the morning news!
  5. Our exterior will have a brand new surface on it with a fresh new paint job!
  6. FASTER, more RELIABLE high speed internet access - Wireless! This is a complimentary service to our customers, and we were the first hotel chain in the northwest to have it!
